Growth through Excellence

Gentry Custom Remodeling was originally founded as Remedy Express, a “just in time” contractor for realtors and home sellers to complete post-inspection remedy requests for in-contract home sales. Customer satisfaction is a key focus of the company which led to requests for more extensive remodeling work, and Gentry Custom Remodeling was created as its own brand. Gentry has experienced a solid growth trajectory. We are named on the Business First “Busiest Residential Remodelers” list every year since their second year in operation and were recently designated a “Fast 50 Company” for 2021, as the 9th fastest-growing company overall in Central Ohio.

Our Mission at Gentry is to be “The remodeler people love.” To back up that statement, we pride themselves on meeting these key issues:

  • Quality craftsmanship – Gentry contactors have decades of experience. A project is never complete until our owner and the homeowner have inspected the project and the homeowner is 100% satisfied.

  • Timely and transparent communication – Gentry project managers stay in regular contact with clients and provide transparent and accurate communication.

  • Respect and protect customer’s home – Work areas are sealed off and floor protection applied throughout. The area is cleaned, and tools removed at the end of each day.

  • Professionalism – Crew members and sub-contractors follow a strict set of standards. Our crew members understand they’re ‘guests’ in our customer’s home and conduct themselves accordingly.
